Rates

In Person Therapy Counseling 

• $85 per 30-minute session
• $165 per 60-minute session
• $260 per 90-minute session 

Telehealth Counseling (Video or Phone):
• $85 per 30-minute session
• $165 per 60-minute session
• $260 per 90-minute session

Payment

Payment is due at the time of your appointment, unless other arrangements are made in advance. I accept all major credit cards. A Good Faith Estimate of expected charges is available upon scheduling or by request.

Insurance

I am a private pay provider and do not accept or bill insurance directly, including Medicare. However, I am considered out-of-network with many insurance companies(not Medicare). If you would like to use your insurance benefits, you may be eligible for reimbursement. You will need to:

• Pay the full fee at the time of your session

• Request a Superbill, which includes a diagnosis you can submit to your insurance provider

Many of my clients choose to work outside their insurance plans for these reasons:

• Greater privacy: No need to share session notes, diagnoses, or treatment plans with an insurance company

• No required diagnosis: Insurance requires a mental health diagnosis, which becomes part of your permanent medical record

• Freedom of care: We choose the pace and style of therapy together, without third-party limits on session number or treatment type

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be billed at the full session rate.
